The topics that this plan will cover include the organizational foundation, the short and long objectives that will allow us to accomplish our goals, and a SWOT Analysis which will identify all aspects of this new organization. Our goal is to first provide programs and services that meet all the recreational and wellness needs of the Soboba Community and to serve and lead in the Regional Communities, both Tribal and Non-tribal. This plan was created to fulfill the mission and objectives intended for the Soboba Parks and Recreation.
These services and facilities are intended first and foremost for Soboba Tribal Members and will reach out to the local and regional communities. The Soboba Parks and Recreation will provide a variety of services to its intended market such as Community Events, Nutrition and Wellness Activities, and Youth and Adult Sports Events.
