The room was very clean and decorated beautifully with state of the art electronics. I was there with friends to celebrate a birthday. Check out was the same but he did let us know he was new. She asked us the same questions over and over which got frustrating. My one and only gripe was that the woman who checked us in was not very nice and seemed to make the process much more difficult than necessary. I have stayed here twice and both times were great! The customer service is above and beyond any other local hotels especially for being in the North end.
